Well, just try to keep in mind that even Mr. Gross is only human (I think)
and maybe he was having a bad day too when he received your message, so
at a time when he could have really used a warm-fuzzy, you gave him a
cold-prickly and made his day that much worse.  =(

E-mail is a great thing, but it does give people the ability to fire off
a nasty message when maybe they didn't really mean most of the things
they said....but once that save key has been pressed, the torpedo is in
the water and streaming towards it's target.  (good imagery, eh?)

...wow...how soon before I start my own religion....?
